  1. Introduction 

Qwerky Ltd (“Company”) welcomes you (“Creator”) to apply for membership in our creator community. By submitting your application, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

  1. Purpose 

These terms and conditions govern the process of storing, processing, and reviewing your application to join our creator community. Acceptance into the community will allow you to access brand deals and other opportunities provided by the Company.

  1. Application and Review Process
  • By submitting your application, you provide the Company with the necessary information to review and evaluate your suitability for membership in our creator community.
  • The Company will store and process your application for a maximum period of 90 days from the date of submission.
  • You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at creators@weareqwerky.com.
  1. Data Storage and Processing
  • The Company shall store and process your application information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application and making a decision regarding your membership in the creator community.
  • The Company will take appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.
  1. Acceptance and Membership
  • If your application is approved, you will receive a final Influencer Agreement outlining the terms and conditions of your membership in the Qwerky creator community.
  • The final Influencer Agreement will be provided to you for review and acceptance.
  1. Data Deletion Request
  • You may request the deletion of your application data at any time by contacting creators@weareqwerky.com.
  • Upon receiving a deletion request, the Company will delete your data within a reasonable timeframe.
  1. Jurisdiction
  • This agreement shall be construed and enforced according to the laws and decisions of England & Wales.
